Dear Oxford University Admissions Committee, 

It is with great satisfaction that I recommend Ayudya Restu to the University of Oxford. I am Hanan Ainayya, The Headmaster at SMAN 3 Bandung. I have 8 years of experience working in SMAN 3 Bandung and have seen many young professionals come and go. This year Ayudya Restu caught my attention. I believe Ayudya would be an excellent addition to Oxford University. 

While being a student at 3 High School, Ayudya has always challenged herself academically. She is an active participant in class discussions and can grasp the material quickly more than other participants. From the first day of class, Ayudya impressed her homeroom teacher greatly with her calm and calculated attitude. She never hesitated to ask for help when the subject matter was unclear and would stay after school to attend an additional class. She showed great interest in the course and her passion for the field of mathematics is evident. I was also very impressed by the way she worked with her classmates because her classmate seems to be very comfortable around her. Ayudya got along well with everyone. She is both caring, respectful, and patient. She often sat with other students who needed extra help and explained to them with patience and will explain the concepts until they can understand it.

Ayudya was a member of TRILOGI club in our school and she is one of the best. I accompanied her in many math competitions and I was impressed by her because she easily gets the first rank. For the past three years, she always lives up to the name of the school by winning many competitions. She also always helps younger classmates who are having trouble with their studies, especially math.

Ayudya is a trustworthy, reliable, good-humored student and friend who supports others. She was a pleasure to have in class, and her positive attitude and belief in herself, even in the face of difficulty, is an immensely admirable asset. I'm confident that she will continue to demonstrate the same diligence, and optimism, and more encouragement that she showed me and her friends.
